2. Scope and current functionality

This privacy notice applies to the static information website at outlin-berlin.de. The website currently has no contact form, user accounts, newsletter registration or direct connection to the Outlin backend. Any future integration of the MVP will be assessed separately before publication, and this privacy notice will be updated accordingly.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by:

Processing takes place in German data centres. ALL-INKL processes hosting data as a processor on our behalf.

When the website is accessed, the following technical information may in particular be processed in server logs:

• IP address of the accessing device;
• date and time of access;
• requested page or file;
• access status and amount of data transferred;
• referring page, where transmitted;
• browser, operating system, language and software version.

The processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably, diagnose errors and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and abuse-free operation of the website.

According to the hosting provider, regular log files are deleted after no more than seven days. Information may be retained for longer in individual cases, particularly to investigate unlawful attacks or misuse.

4. Contact by email

The email accounts under outlin-berlin.de are also operated by ALL-INKL. When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your sender address, communication metadata and message content, in order to respond to your enquiry.

The legal basis for general, beta and partnership enquiries is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries and developing the project. Where communication concerns steps prior to entering into a contract or the performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies. Statutory retention requirements remain unaffected.

Only the operator has access to the mailboxes. Obvious advertising and spam messages are deleted promptly. Other completed correspondence is generally deleted no later than twelve months after the enquiry has been closed, unless pre-contractual, contractual or legal reasons require longer retention.

Email communication is generally not end-to-end encrypted. Please do not send particularly sensitive information by unencrypted email.

5. Cookies, device storage and audience measurement

The website's own code does not set cookies and does not use Local Storage or Session Storage. We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising or social-media services. No external fonts, maps, videos, captchas or other third-party content are loaded automatically. Therefore, no consent banner is currently used.

6. External links

The website may contain links to external services. Merely visiting this website does not transfer data to those providers. When you actively follow an external link, the privacy information of the relevant provider applies.

7. Recipients and international transfers

ALL-INKL is a recipient in its role as the technical provider for hosting and email communication. Website and communication data is not currently intentionally transferred to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

This privacy notice will be updated before additional functionality, the Outlin backend, user accounts, forms, analytics tools or other external services are integrated into the website.
